An illegal alien reportedly deported to the United States by President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been charged with driving under the influence and causing a crash that killed 37-year-old Jimmy Chang, who was living in the suburbs. Christian Fernando Irias-Ruiz, a 20-year-old citizen of Honduras, has been arrested and charged with first-degree vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence, reckless driving, speeding and driving by a person under 21. He has been accused of possessing liquor.
According to police, the crash occurred just days before Christmas when Irias-Ruiz allegedly drove under the influence, ran a red light, and wrecked Jimmy Chang’s vehicle – resulting in his death. A third vehicle was involved in the accident, which injured some passengers.

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency has placed a hold on Irias-Ruiz so that if he is released from the DeKalb County Jail at any time, he will be turned over to agents for arrest and deportation.
