Marlow said, “I’m hearing that the original was actually New Year’s Eve, the embers that were extinguished, the smoldering fire from the New Year’s Eve fireworks in the hills, nobody put it out and because nobody Had it not been extinguished, of course, we were at risk.” And when the winds picked up, firefighters were not pre-positioned.
