The Treasury Secretary reported that Reuters were now leaving the rent, who was important for Americans who are not owners of their homes.
He said that he was expecting real estate transactions and increase in home sales, once falling into interest rates, who could encourage those who were lodged in a low mortgage to put their existing houses in the market.
Besant said that the Trump administration was also searching for ways to simplify permission and encourage standardization to promote construction, which would promote housing supply and help bring down high costs.
The strength for the administration would be a major focus, Besent said, Pushed to reduce Trump’s prescription prices. – Reuters
