A collaboration between NASA’s Heliophysics Education Activation Team (NASA Heat) and The Astronomical Society of the Pacific Night Sky Network Program, this resource was developed equally to informal teachers, amateur astronomers, and enthusiastic people of astronomy, which also offers attracted activities for anyone to learn more about our close stars.
Whether you are a solar viewing incident or hosting an indoor presentation, Our dynamic sun The toolkit provides easily used materials designed to spark curiosity. NASA images with clear explanation for each subject each card in set pairs:
- “What color is the sun?” (Indication: It’s not yellow!)
- “How does the Sun affect us here on earth?”
- “When will the sun die?”
These cards not only answer general questions, but can also have the public, but also reveals how NASA’s solar research helps us understand the space season, solar storms and their effects on our daily lives.
