An Indonesian woman can breathe well again after being freed from the captivity of an office chair by firefighters.
According to video obtained by ViralPress, the young woman was at work in the Indonesian city of Bandung when she managed to get her nose pierced through the mesh behind an office chair.
Her co-workers attempted to help her by yanking the septum ring out of the chair, but were unsuccessful and eventually the fire department was called.

“This incident was not the strangest call we’ve ever been on,” said firefighter Mochamad Alam Priyabadi.
Firefighters also attempted to free the woman in the office, but ultimately had to carry her to the fire station, where they had more equipment to complete the job.

In an attempt to lighten the mood, the firefighters joked with the woman about needing to cut off her nose or use a chainsaw to free her from the grip of the chair.

After messing around with heavy tools, a pair of pliers accomplished the mission in about five minutes — and the woman was unharmed during the removal.

“We have had cases of someone removing a finger stuck in a window latch, removing a stubborn ring from a private sector and helping a child whose finger got stuck in a table,” Priyabadi said. “It’s all part of the job, but the nose piercing incident was definitely one of the most entertaining.”
