Although there is a carving for culture. French’s iconic “Terrases,” bustling outdoor cafes are exempted from restriction, restrictions.

The e-cigarette is also currently excluded from restrictions, but Watrin told Ost-France that his office is working on future borders, which is allowed to nicotine levels.
This step is an important expansion of the current anti -smoking laws of France.
Smoking has already been banned in restaurants, nightclubs and indoor public places since 2008. Local efforts to ban smoking in public places are continuously increasing. According to AFP, over 1,500 French municipalities have already implemented their own exterior smoking sanctions and hundreds of beaches have been smoked for years.

According to data from the French Monitoring Center for drugs and drug addiction quoted by the BBC, only 23.1% of French adults were smoked daily, the lowest level and a decline of more than five percent since 2014.
Nevertheless, tobacco -related diseases remain a major cause of death. Smoking against the French National Committee reports that about 13%of all annual deaths in the country, smoking more than 75,000 people die every year.
Support for new restrictions appear stronger. A major French Cancer Association, a report of La Lywu Contrane Le Cancer found that about 80% of French citizens take the side of smoke -free public sectors such as parks, beaches and Woodlands.
But when many people in France welcome the move, some have expressed concern over the balance between public health and personal freedom. Orthodox can see the ban on the top-down government as another example of overrech.
