The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee will hold a hearing on child care program fraud on Thursday, February 12.
The hearing comes after widespread fraud was exposed in Minnesota, particularly among the Somali immigrant community.
The Department of Health and Human Services cut funding to five states, including Minnesota, in January as a result of fraud concerns.
