The Iowa is ready to become the first state to roll back the security of civil rights already passed on the basis of “gender identity”.
On Thursday, MLAs of Iowa State House passed a bill with party lines, which would remove gender identity from the list of people particularly protected against “discrimination” in the State Civil Rights Act. Republican village Kim Reynolds has indicated that it will sign the bill in the law.
Sponsors of Bill, Republican State Representative Steven c. Holt said that the Civil Rights Act was illegitimate to include transgenderism because transgenderism is based on “feelings”, which is not on “irreversible truth”, and this law reduces women’s rights, Washington Post Informed
Holt said, “Every Ion is worthy of protecting its civil rights and treating dignity and respect – and this includes women.”
Democrats and transgender activists have attacked the bill as “insult” and “discrimination”.

Nevertheless, despite working with the hand of Democrats, the Supreme Court of the state has already ruled transgenderism to an extent that discrimination on the basis of sex does not include gender identity.
Democrats added gender identity to the 1965 Civil Rights Act of Iowa in 2007 when they controlled the office of the State Legislature and the Governor. He also passed a law with party lines at that time.
As the bill was being debated at the State House in Des Moines, thousands of radical transgender supporters flooded the capital building in protest against the defeat of the measurement.
The new law removes gender identity as a protected class and defines the penis as biologically determined and not “a synonym for gender identity or shorthand expression, experienced penis, penis expression, or gender role.”
The bill now goes to the governor’s desk.
