Israel sends message of hope to LA: ‘You will see brighter days’

Wildfires broke out in Pacific Palisades and Pasadena on Tuesday. Much of the Palisades was destroyed within 24 hours. The fire has since spread to other parts of the city, and many thousands of people have been evacuated.

Israeli government spokesman David Menser said, “Everyone in Israel … is remarkably affected and shaken by the shocking scenes of these wildfires that have taken control in Los Angeles.”
