Allegedly, a man was allegedly booted by a major league football match in St. Louis, Missouri wearing a “Make America Great Again” cap.
A video posted on social media featured a person identified as Michael Witzel, who was asked to leave the match at Energizer Park. He claimed that it was for his “Donald Trump Hat”.
“I am Michael Vetzel, and I have been asked to leave the Donald Trump cap,” he said in the video because the security authorities asked him to leave.
Security guards, who said that he himself supported Trump, can be heard saying, “They are non-political … they do not want any kind of political messaging”.
When Witzel gestured to many people waving the national flag, the security staff said they were “pre-informed”.
According to Fox News, Energizer Park rules said that political banners were not allowed in the stadium. It does not mention anything about the cap. ,
While security officials said that the rules were equally implemented, Weitzel confirmed that he was “being evicted from the campus.” When he came to the Concourse region, Vetzel said, “Trump is not welcome to St. Louis City SC Club.”
A security employee said that if he removes his hat, Vetzel can go back to his seat, but someone heard the camera saying, “We are ahead of that point.”
“This is not his fault. He is just following the rules,” he said about one of the security guards. “So this happens when you wear Donald Trump Hat in St. Louis City SC Game.”
