
Police said a bronze statue of Melania Trump was spotted at the ankles and this week was stolen in the original Slovenia of the first woman.
The statue replaced a wooden wood, which was parked near his hometown in 2020 at the end of the first term of President Donald Trump, when it was targeted in arson attack.
Both the idols were a collaboration between Brad Downey, an artist from Kentki and an local craftsman, Els “Maxi” Zupe.
The original figure, made of wood and cut from the trunk of a lindon tree, painted the first woman in a yellow blue dress, which she wore in Trump’s 2016 opening.

The new statue was placed on the same stump as old and modeling after the previous design. In July 2020, Downey stated that the idol would be “made out of a solid, a durable material as much as possible, which according to the Guardian, which cannot be destroyed,”.
Slovenian police spokesman Elenka Drainic Rangas said on Friday that the police was being investigated on Tuesday after barbarity and theft.
Franza Crange, a worker in a bakery, who sells cake with the first woman’s name in support of her, told The Associated Press that rustic equality was not well liked.

“I think no one was proud of this statue, not even the first woman of the USA,” Crange said. “So, I think it’s okay that it has been removed.”
Zupevc stated that he and Melania Trump were born in the same hospital, which partially inspired him to design. He engraved the idol with a chainsaw and sanded it with a power tool.

“I plugged into my angle mill. … I worked and made mistakes … finished hair … Eyes and all. Then, I called my brother, who said, ‘Spit the image of our waitress.” And so it was, “Zupevc said by Downey during a documentary film on making the original statue.
A plaque next to the statue states that it is “dedicated to the eternal memory of a monument to melania that stood at this place.”
Melnija Navs, born in a nearby Novo Mesto in 1970, grew up in the first woman Sevenika, while Slovenia was part of the Communist-ruled Egoslavia. A alpine nation of 2 million people, Slovenia is now a member of the European Union and NATO.
