Service Level Agreement (SLA)

The SLA provides information about roles, responsibilities, rates, and service level indicators for all NASA centers. SLAs are negotiated on an annual basis corresponding to the financial year. A single SLA is shared by all NASA centers and signed by the Associate Administrator, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, and the Office of the Inspector General. The SLA provides delivery of specialized services in the following areas from NSSC to NASA Centers and Headquarters Operations:
- financial management
- purchase
- human resources
- information technology
- Agency Business Services
NSSC Bill (formerly known as Performance and Utilization Report (PUR))
***On-line course management and training procurement have been realigned to the OLC and training procurement section of the bill in accordance with the realignment of training funding. The Centre’s special projects have been consolidated into a Special Project Bill and the funding center has been identified for each project.***
