Disney Grooming Syndicate has lost the top position of YouTube to watch total television.
“YouTube has pulled forward from Disney in Nielsen’s media distributor gauge for February, with an increase of 2%, which is 11.6% of the 11.6% stake spent in the TV watching TV during the month.”
The report states that the milestone is at the top of the Nielsen list since the launch of the video platform -owned video platforms owned by the alphabet and the second time since the launch in November 2023.
YouTube took over 11.5 percent TV time. Disney was second with 10 percent. Fox, Netflix and Paramount excluded the top five with 8.3 percent, 8.2 percent and 8.2 percent respectively.
NBCUNIVERSAL is in one nearly sixth position with 8.1 percent. But then the drop-off comes …
Warner Brothers Discovery, 6.1 percent; Amazon Prime, 3.5 percent; Roku Channel, 2.1 percent…
Keep in mind, it is about watching television. Nielsen measured what we see on our television sets, not our computer. My beautiful wife and I watch a lot of YouTube on TV. There is a tonne free movies, including old TV films that you cannot find anywhere else.
People are only searching for goods on YouTube because we jump 53 percent in just two years to watch YouTube on TV. People aged 65 years and above increased by 96 percent to watch their YouTube on TV. We are finally finding out how the streaming machine works.
This is interesting:
Despite the strong performance by the Super Bowl and other top telecasts, the total broadcast fell by 10%, for 21.2% TV, and the cable declined by 9% and a total of 23.2% TV. Sports events fell 54% on viewership broadcasting and 42% on cable vs January.
The fall of double -points in broadcasting TV and the decline of almost double digits in cable TV is a terrible major loss in the same month.
Everything is changing, and for better. In five years, it would be attractive to find out how many people went to a streaming customer service from cable TV, and then, finally, for all free streaming services.
As long as you count our internet connection, we do not give anything to TV. Many free goods are available through our Roku, there is no need.
