Pope Francis was no longer using a mechanical ventilator and remained stable in the hospital on Sunday, although his clinical disease diagnosed “preserved” remains, Vatican said in a statement that the 88 -year -old recovered from double pneumonia.
The Vatican confirmed that Francis participated in the month with his care at the Jamelli Hospital, in turn between comfort and prayer. Pontif also met with State Secretary Cardinal Pitro Parolin and State Secretary Archbishop Edgar Pena Parra, although Vatican said Vatican said that these meetings are regularly weekly to discuss matters of church and are not a sign of health.
The Vatican’s statement said, “The clinical conditions of the Holy Father are still stable today; the Pope did not require non-active mechanical ventilation, but only high-flowing oxygen therapy; he has no fever,” said in the Vatican statement.
The Vatican also said that Francis had no problem due to the breathing crisis on Friday. Their white blood cell levels were low, which is no sign of infection.

Francis blessed in writing on his Sunday as he stays in the hospital, where the Vatican first confirmed that he was “still resting after a peaceful night”.
Francis addressed the loyal in blessings, writing, “I am still sending you these views from the hospital, where he has been receiving treatment since 14 February. After a match of bronchitis and both turned into a complex pneumonia in the lungs.
“I feel in my heart that ‘blessings’ which is hidden within fraud, because it is fine in these moments that we learn more to trust the Lord; Also, I thank God for giving the opportunity to share in the body and gives the situation of so many sick and suffering people souls,” Pontiff wrote.
“I would like to thank you for prayers, which grow from many parts of the world from the hearts of so many loyal people: I feel all your affection and closeness and, at this particular time, I think I think I am ‘taken’ and supported by all Gods,” Franis continued.

Francis concluded the blessing by writing that he would pray for loyal and peace, saying that the wars of the world seemed meaningless in his present situation.
“From here, the war appears even more absurd. Let us pray for tortured Ukraine, Palestine, Israel, Lebanon, Myanmar, Sudan and Kivu,” he wrote.
The Vatican stated on Saturday that Francis’ medical condition “remained stable with respiratory physiotherapy between non-invasive mechanical ventilation and long-term of high-flowing oxidation supplemented with a good response to the gas exchange.”
He had no fever or indication of elevated white blood cells, indicating that his body was still fighting an infection.
On Saturday, doctors reported that Francis was in a stable position, there was no mention of his being important, and continued the signal once again. A day after a respiratory crisis, he was excitedly evaluated, resulting in he was placed on a non -yielding mechanical ventilation.

However, the doctors were cautious, and were preserved as a diagnosis of their disease – meaning that he was not out of danger. Vatican said he was eating and drinking food and continued his respiratory physiotherapy, and spent 20 minutes in his private chapel in the hall on Saturday.
The Vatican stated that the 88-year-old Pope had “reacted well” during the “long period” in his gas exchange level, he was away from the ventilator mask and was using only high-flower supplement oxygen.
For the third consecutive weekend, Francis canceled the appointment on Sunday afternoon to offer an angelus prayer as he continued his recovery.
The Pope, who had a lung part, was removed as a young man, has a lung disease and was admitted to Jamelli on 14 February. After a match of bronchitis, on 14 February and both into a complex pneumonia in the lungs.

Francis was to preside over a sacred year audience in the Vatican auditorium for employees of Jameli Hospital and other healthcare workers on Saturday. He came as a plan and completed the pilgrimage, while Francis continued his recovery in the hospital.
