Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Ultra can have a strange worldly design defect: adhesive on its camera rings does not always hold.
At least one user stated on the X, after three months of daily use, a camera ring on its S25 Ultra Detech. Despite the titanium frame and glass back of the device, rings are not part of the actual camera hardware. They are purely cosmetic, held in place with adhesives.

This is not an alarm on the durability of S25 Ultra. The new camera rings are quite thicker than the S24, and most units appear structurally sound. YouTuber Jerrigeverything warned in one of his torn videos this month earlier this month. With deliberately prick, they removed a ring, but clarified that they are usually well safe under normal circumstances.

Nevertheless, this incident is in front. A high-ended phone with a premium content may still fail in strangely avoidable ways. A camera ring detaching is unusual after light wear, even if it is a different case.
The Samsung possibility will not cause a big decline. The Galaxy S25 Edge, which was launched last month, continues to draw attention to its thin design and impressive performance. For now, the detaching camera ring is a strange. If not, we will have another article about it, in two-Ish more months.
