The Acting Commissioner of Social Security Administration, after telling several news outlets, reversed his stand late Friday that a new court’s decision may require them to close the operation of the agency.
Acting Commissioner Lee Dudech said in a written statement that the court “issued clear guidance” about its earlier temporary prevention order, preventing the Dogi team members from reaching private data.
“Therefore, I am not closing the agency,” he said. “SSA employees and their work will continue under TRO.”
On Thursday, a federal judge temporarily blocked the cost-cut initiative known as the government’s proficiency department by reaching individuals in social security administration. Dudek later said in an interview that the ruling may need to cut access to all the employees of the agency.
“This agency has everything [personally identifiable information]”Dudek told the Washington Post on Friday.” I will start closing it until I get an explanation. I do not have much here. ,
In his judgment, Judge Ellen Lipton Hollander can be used by the Social Security Administration employees from providing access to the Dooda team, including the DUDEC to identify individuals. Dogi is not a cabinet department, and its leader, Tesla CEO Elon Musk, is considered a special government employee.
Hollander also ordered the members of the DOGE team to remove all non-anam individual identifying information that they have accessed “direct or indirectly” since 20 January.

After the ruling, Dudech said that the court order is so widespread that it could apply to any social security staff, Bloomberg said on Thursday.
Dudech told Bloomberg, “My anti-fraud team will be connected to Dogi. My IT staff will be connected to Dogi.” “As it stands, I will follow it correctly and will eliminate access to our IT system by all SSA employees.”
However, on March 18, Sen Elizabeth Warren, in a letter to D-Mas, said that there are only 11 Dogi-Saddars in Social Security Administration.
Warren said in a written statement, “The Trump administration is threatening to shut down all social security, as a judge decided to stop 11 Dogi employees from sticking their fingers in the personal information of the taxpayers.”
Dudek also said that he would ask the judge to explain the order immediately, the news outlet told.
A social security spokesperson said in an email statement to CNBC on Friday, “We have received the court order and we will comply with.” The agency did not respond to direct questions from CNBC on Dudech’s comments, or made Dudech available for interview.
Advocacy group slam social security leadership
Social Security and Disability Program Social Security and Disability Program sent millions of benefits per month to beneficiaries to beneficiaries, both through social security and supplementary security income.
Dudech’s comments, and implications are that the court’s action can interfere with timely distribution of profit, inspiring a wave of reactions from advocacy groups.
,For nearly 90 years, social security has never remembered the salary – but 60 days in this administration, social security is now on the verge, “Li Sounders, President of American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, said in a statement in response to Dudech’s comments. Hollander’s decision was in a case, including a business and retirement, which included a business and retirement.
Dudech has again proved that he is above his head, “said Saunders. He said that the agency led by Dudech has compromised on the security of Americans, has closed some agency services and plans to lay off.
In a separate statement, Nancy Altman, president of social security works, said that Dudech’s leadership was “the deepest in the history of about 90 years of social security”.
“They have sown chaos and destruction,” Altman said.
In a memorandum sent to members of the Social Security Staff on Tuesday received by NBC News, Dudech apologized for making mistakes and promised to learn from them.
Dudek played the role of Acting Commissioner in February when Acting Commissioner Mitchell King left the post due to Dogi secrecy concerns. For a long time, social security staff, Dudech, allegedly publicly revealed that he was put on administrative leave for cooperation with Dogi.
Trump has nominated Frank Bisigno, CEO of Payment Technology Company Fisher to serve as a commissioner. Bisignano’s confirmation of the Senate hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.
Democrats, Republican on Ows Over Social Security
Tensions about the change in social security administration have inspired the war of words between Democrats and Republicans in the Congress.
House Wes and Means Committee Ranking Member Richard Neel, D-Mas. On March 19, a statement in social security administration called the current situation “Five-Alarm Fire”. New changes that can limit customers service and restrict profit access, “are not just the burden for the seniors and disabled people of our country-they are the back-door profit cuts,” Neil wrote.
Meanwhile, House Wes and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith, R-Mo., A statement from March 12 stated that the Democrats “are scared to score political points,” while “the facts are not in his favor.”
“President Trump did not touch social security benefits during his first term,” Smith said. “House Republican and President Trump are committed to protecting and conservation of retirement benefits, counting senior citizens.”
