In March 2026we are in full swing eclipse season. On March 3, we have a Full Moon Eclipse in VirgoBringing about culmination, adjustments and very real world consequences.
Plus, we’re still integrating the Saturn-Neptune conjunction at 0° Aries from February – the reset that marked the official start of a new era.
And yet, while A new technological era has begunwe are still processing the previous one. Pisces energy is still strong in March, with several planets present in the last sign of the zodiac.
This creates a special atmosphere – part closing, part ignition. We stand with one foot in the ocean of the past and the other on already dry land.
…then on the equinox, things get warm quickly – On March 20, 2026, we have a rare concentration of 6 planets in Aries.
Later this month, we have an exact Saturn-sextile Pluto.
But let’s take a look at the most important transits of the month:
March 3, 2026 – Full Moon in Virgo and Total Lunar Eclipse
On March 3, 2026 we will have a full moon And Total lunar eclipse at 12° Virgo.
This is a South Node eclipse, which brings themes going on in the background to a climax. In Virgo, this may show up as old systems, perfectionist habits, or responsibilities that no longer make sense in the context of where we are going.
The eclipse is sextile Jupiter, So despite the usual intensity associated with eclipse season, support is available. There is a large framework that makes the adjustments easy to understand.
Not everything that ends is a loss – some things just need to be reorganized.
March 6, 2026 – Venus will enter Aries, conjunction with Neptune and Saturn
On 6 March 2026, Venus enters AriesAnd from this moment on, it’s time for action.
Venus is the first personal planet to activate 0° Aries, the point where Saturn and Neptune met in February – giving us a more personal taste of that big reset.
On February 20, Saturn and Neptune sowed a seed. Now, when the personal planets begin to transit that degree, we begin to understand what that seed really means to us individually. Collective change becomes personal.
And when we talk about Venus, we talk about values – what matters to us, what we want, what we’re willing to invest energy into.
Of the possibilities that are open, what really resonates? What matches who we are now as opposed to who we used to be? What not only looks good on paper, but also feels right in reality?
March 7, 2026 – Sun conjunction with Mercury
on 7 March 2026 Sun conjunct retrograde Mercury at 16° PiscesMarks the beginning of a brand new Mercury cycle that sets the direction for the next 3-4 months.
The Sun-Mercury conjunction – like any conjunction – is a seed moment. It’s that “chemical reaction” where two planets come together and start something new. With the Sun and Mercury, this points to a new cycle of clarity around identity and purpose.
This conjunction also trines its ruler Jupiter, now at 15° Cancer, adding support and coherence to the process.
If you have a project in mind – something related to your purpose, healing, improving relationships, or simply bringing a new idea into the world – this new Mercury cycle is especially helpful. The soil is receptive and the time is creative.
March 11, 2026 – Jupiter direct
On March 11, 2026, Jupiter is located direct at 15° Cancer. From this point, Jupiter will move very rapidly through Cancer and enter Leo only at the end of June.
We have 4 more months of Jupiter in its exalted sign. This month, the planets of Pisces apply a trine to Jupiter one by one, creating flow and support and helping things move forward more naturally.
Let’s enjoy it while it lasts.
March 14-17, 2026 – Mercury Conjunction Mars Conjunction North Node
between March 14 and March 17we have a powerful triple combination: : Mercury retrograde and Mars both are active north nodeNow at 8° Pisces. On March 15th we have an exact Mercury-Mars conjunction at 9-10° Pisces.
When the planet of mind (Mercury) meets the planet of action (Mars), we don’t just think or talk about something – we also act on it. We say what we mean. We talk and walk. We go for it.
And when we go for it, we don’t go in any direction. With the involvement of the North Node, the focus shifts to where we need to move, along the path of our destiny.
March 19, 2026 – New Moon in Pisces
But 19 March 2026we have one Auspicious New Moon at 28° Pisces. The New Moon is conjunct Neptune and Saturn (now in the early degrees of Aries) and is exactly sextile Uranus in Taurus.
This new moon can help us see that we can indeed bring a dream – or something we never thought would actually come true – into reality in some way or another.
The outcome may not be exactly what we originally envisioned. Saturn and Neptune are now in Aries, so the expression is different from the Pisces version of the dream.
But it will still be an expression of something authentic, something that has been in the making for a long time and is now ready to take more concrete form.
March 20, 2026 – Sun will enter Aries
on 20 March 2026 Sun enters Aries. Happy Birthday to all Aries – and everyone a very Happy New Astrological Year!
Like Venus at the beginning of the month, the Sun will be conjunct both Neptune (on March 21) and Saturn (on March 25) as it enters Aries.
now we’re talking. This is the real beginning of a new cycle – the journey of a new hero or heroine.
The Sun’s entry into Aries marks the threshold moment when we move from waiting for things to happen “out there” to making things happen ourselves.
Aries in general – and 0° Aries in particular – carries that primal blazing energy that creates incredible momentum. This is pure birth energy!
March 20 and the days following are especially important for clarifying and gaining clarity about your purpose. It’s time to make a commitment. After this point, there is no way to revert to an older version of you.
March 21, 2026 – Mercury direct
On 21st March 2026, Mercury moves direct at 8° PiscesClearing up some of the fog that always gathers in the last sign of the zodiac.
But if we’re really honest, sometimes we like to get lost in the fog. Call it daydreaming, creative wandering, or simply taking some time off — and “off” is a very Mercury-Pisces word.
Sometimes we need that silence, that flow, that space where things are not clearly defined, to reconnect with ourselves and what really matters.
As Mercury moves forward again, insights gathered during retrograde begin to crystallize. What was unclear begins to make more sense.
March 26, 2026 – Venus conjunct Chiron in Aries
On 26 March 2026, Venus is conjunct Chiron at 25° AriesReminds us where there is still healing to be done, where there is still acceptance needed around “I am.”
But we have come a long way. Over the last 7 years that Chiron has been in Aries, every single year we have gained a little more self-understanding, gained a little more courage to stand up for who we are.
Believe it or not, this is the last Venus-Chiron conjunction in Aries, at least for the next 43 years.
Venus conjunct Chiron will bring a final breakthrough in how we relate to ourselves – and a deeper recognition that we are enough just as we are.
March 28, 2026 – Saturn sextile Pluto
On 28 March 2026, saturn (at 5° Aries) exactly sextile pluto (at 5° Aquarius). This is a subtle, yet constructive transit that suggests that deeper structural changes are beginning to get practical support.
Saturn brings discipline and implementation. Pluto brings systemic change. The sextile between them suggests that the world may be starting to put in place some operational pipelines.
Conversations about infrastructure – perhaps something related to energy, systems or strategic alliances – could move from idea to implementation.
It’s not loud or dramatic. But it is functional. And sometimes that’s exactly what is needed to create real change.
March 30, 2026 – Venus will enter Taurus
On 30 March 2026, Vesper Enters the mark of his domicile, TAURUS.
Portrait of Aphrodite in the Hanging Gardens of Babylon – Pure, spontaneous beauty inherent in nature.
Even though we don’t naturally connect with Venus from this more earthly, sensual angle—and this, of course, depends on our own natal chart wiring and current transit—each time Venus is in Taurus, the atmosphere changes a bit.
The world seems a little more grounded, a little more tangible and a little more beautiful.
Aspects and Aspect Patterns 1-Year Program
But 3 March 2026 – YSo, lunar eclipse sextile on Jupiter – we are Our 1-year course on Aspect and Aspect Patterns is starting.
aspect Are connective tissue of chart – which brings different parts of the chart to life. Aspects are the most real and tangible part of astrology, because aspects are nothing more than Movement of planets in the sky.
Astro Butterfly Blog – Transit Report – There is just one Snapshot of aspects made by planets with each other Over a certain period of time, in this case a month.
And our birth chart is nothing but a picture of the sky At the time of our birth, when the planets were configured in particular aspects with each other.
When we understand how the planets communicate with each other through aspects, 3 important things happen: :
- We understand ourselves better. All of our internal conflicts in life come from the fact that there are parts of us – parts of our psyche – that do not fully understand each other. When we properly understand our aspects – not with Google or computer-generated reports – we begin to see how those parts tie together. We get acceptance. We find perfection. We start living fully.
- we understand the world better. We begin to see how the energies of the moment are a reflection of the dance of the planets in the sky through the aspects. Over time, life becomes less of a mystery. We understand that events are part of larger cycles, and everything fits into a broader framework.
- And most importantly, when inner understanding meets outer reality, we find alignment. We understand how we have to participate. We find our place in the world.
Astrology is one of the most wonderful tools for awareness and growth when we use it correctly.
