
The US has launched a new round of air strikes in Yemen after the US allegedly claimed the responsibility for the Iran -backed Hauthis claiming the responsibility for a missile landing near the main airport of Israel on Sunday.
In Yemen, the Hotthi-controlled state news agency reported that “American aggression” was behind several strikes on the capital Sana on Monday. According to New Arabia, at least 16 people were injured.
Since March 15, a US defense official told Fox News Digital on Monday, “From March 15, the US Central Command (Uscentcom) has launched a deep and constant campaign, targeting the Hauthi terrorist organization in Yemen.” We will continue to increase pressure and disintegrate the fighters until they will disrupting the freedom of Navigation.
Earlier on Monday, Yemen’s Hothis vowed to continue attacks on Israeli airports after stopping missile flights at the main international airport in Israel near Tel Aviv. Hauthis warned the airlines that they would “repeated targeting” to the world at the main gate of Ben Gurian Airport, Israel.
Houthis had already threatened on Sunday to implement “a wide air blockade” on Israel on Sunday as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet was scheduled to vote for expanding the fight in Gaza.

Netanyahu said that the US was supporting Israel’s operations against the fighters. In a later statement, he said that Israel would respond to the Hothis “and, at a time and place of our selection, for his Iranian terrorist masters.”
Under President Donald Trump, the US Army has been running an intense campaign of daily airstrikes targeting Hauthis from 15 March.
Uscentcom said in its most recent statement on 27 April that from March 15, “navigation and the freedom of American preventive have been organized in Yemen, a thorough and constant campaign targeting the Houthi Terrorist Organization.”
Uscentcom said the strike has “destroyed many command-end-control facilities, air defense systems, advanced arms manufacturing facilities and storage places of advanced arms.”
“While Houthis continues to attack our vessels, our operations have reduced the speed and effectiveness of their attacks. Ballistic missile launch has declined by 69%. Also, in a way attacks have decreased by 55%,” said by Uscentcom. “The US strike destroyed the ability of Ras AISA Port to accept fuel, which would not only affect the ability to operate operations, but also to generate millions of dollars in revenue for their terrorist activities.”

Hauthi missile strike near Israeli Airport after missile rescue
“Iran undoubtedly continues to provide assistance to the shrines. Hothis can only continue to attack our forces with the support of the Iranian regime,” Uscentcom said. “We will continue the pressure until the objective is fulfilled, which remains the freedom of navigation and the restoration of US preventive in the region.”
Houthis has been firing in Israel since the onset of the war against Hamas after October 7, 2023, after the terrorist attacks, Iran was able to start regular attacks on Israel, increasing his profile as the last member of the self-ensured “axis of resistance”.
Their missiles have been mostly intercepted, although some have entered Israel’s missile defense systems, causing damage.
The Israeli army said that for the first time on Sunday, a missile hit the airport ground since the launch of the Israeli-Hamas war. Preliminary findings indicated that the possible reason was a technical issue with the interceptor, he said.

Israel’s emergency medical service Magen David Adom said that four people were mildly injured in the blast. The BBC reported that one and two people were allegedly hurt while giving shelter.
