Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem will testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, February 3.
Noem’s testimony comes as Democrats have refused to provide funding for DHS in protest over the operations of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The Democrats’ shutdown of DHS comes amid growing concerns of terrorist attacks in retaliation for the death of Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
