VaxImpactMap is an interesting online tool that measures the health and economic costs of declining childhood vaccinations. The tool was developed by Mahmoud Sheku, Connor Van Meter, Robert Bednarczyk, and Ben Lopman at the Emory University Rollins School of Public Health. The tool focuses on changing these outcomes for three vaccine-preventable diseases: rotavirus, pertussis (whooping cough), and pneumococcal disease. In addition to interactive tools, they also have useful fact sheet references (Rotavirus | Pertussis | Pneumococcal Disease).
I encourage you to examine how declining childhood vaccination rates are affecting the communities where you live.
