California’s parents opposed a uniform bill, which failed to get out of the committee in the state legislature in 2018, AB 2756, only after hearing three hours of testimony from parents and homescools. Opponents say that the Democrat-led bill would have made all the homescooling families in the state mandatory to follow involuntary home inspections after the case of Turpin-family’s child abuse.

They do it in the salary increase, taking control slowly, while people sit back thinking that their children are safe and it does not impress them,” Shaw said, who is a school board member in Chino and the State Superintendent is running for public instructions. “Every parent needs to live in this fight. If we no longer stand together, nothing will be left for our children to fight in our future. Please join. Please speak. Please show, because our children are worth this fight.”
