Keev: Ukrainian President Volodimier Zelansky said that Ukraine would attend a meeting in Istanbul on Monday proposed by Russia.
Zelansky wrote on Telegram on Sunday after a meeting with his officials, “I outlined the posts of Ukraine before the meeting in Istanbul on Monday.”
He said that the Ukrainian delegation would again be under the leadership of Defense Minister Rustom Umrov.
Zelenskiy listed Ukraine positions for talks in the form of a complete and unconditional ceasefire, release of prisoners, return of kidnapped children.
“And, to establish a reliable and permanent peace and guarantee security to prepare a meeting at the highest level.”
