Shah Alam: Carlsburg Brevari Malaysia BHD (Carlsburg Malaysia) continues to strengthen its market leadership by maintaining a strong commitment to environment, social and governance (ESG) principles, expanding its premium product portfolio.
Carlsburg Malaysia CEO Vivian Gun Ling Linga stated that the company’s latest performance enhances record-breaking revenue, strategic product launch, and stability efforts, which strengthens its flexibility in a rapidly competitive and challenging economic landscape.
“Its focus has been focused on the responsible consumption responsible driver of Carlsburg Malaysia’s growth. The company actively promotes responsible drinking among employees, distributors and consumers by providing education and alternative beverage options, such as 0.00% non-ordeal beer.
“This initiative aligns with its broad ESG goals, ensuring that its products are enjoyed in a safe and durable manner,” she recently said in Carlsburg Malaysia FY24 Press Briefing.
He said Carlsburg Malaysia has also strengthened its ESG credentials to maintain an ‘AA’ MScI ESG rating, which has improved its corporate administration score, and recognized as an industry leader among global beverage companies.
He said, “These achievements outlines its dedication to stability and moral business practices, which are rapidly important for long -term value construction,” he said.
In addition to its ESG initiative, Gun said that Carlsburg Malaysia has expanded its premium and mainstream product offerings.
“The company’s innovative launch, such as artists-sanskrites, inspire Chinese New Year coaches and cooperation, brand engagement and consumer demand in major markets.
He said, “The successful introduction of Saporo and Brout has brought its portfolio more diversity, allowing it to capture the new market segments,” she said.
