
Qualampur: Citaglobal BHD’s Indonesian subsidiary, PT Citaglobal International Capital, has signed the prominent of the agreement with Pimpinan Wilayah Muhamadiyah Jawa Timur to find out the deployment of Muhammadiah networks, schools and universe networks, schools and universe networks, schools and universe network, schools and universe.
The agreement underlines an initial target for piloting approximately 250 telecom towers and 5 MW solar energy capacity in selected hospitals, schools and universities.
These pilot initiatives will increase digital connectivity and clean energy access to PWM Java Timur’s institutional ecosystem and serve as a basis for widespread long -term cooperation.
The aim of both sides is to complete the relevant feasibility study and start pilot implementation within six months from the date of signing of technical and commercial assessment results.
The Executive Chairman and Chairman of Citaglobal, Tan Shri Dr. Mohammad Norza Zakaria said that Indonesia is a major development market in the region, and Citaglobal plays a long -term role in changes in its infrastructure.
He said that Eastern Java provides a strong institutional platform and a meaningful entry point in the wider Indonesian market, with a population of over 44 million.
“Through this partnership, we are presenting solutions to the infrastructure that connect the management of telecommunications, renewable energy and facilities in ways that are socially inherent and technically sound.
He said, “The legacy of service to PWM Jawa Timur is closely aligned with our values. This pilot project reflects a shared vision for business capacity and upliftment of communities and creates permanent effects simultaneously,” he said.
The partnership marks the first formal infrastructure initiative of Sitaglobal in Eastern Java and reflects its commitment to expand its presence in Indonesia through high-effects, values-based cooperation.
PWM Jawa Timur President Dr. Sukadiano said the company has chosen to work with Sitaglobal as it reflects professionalism and purpose due to its track record in distributing infrastructure.
“This cooperation is based in shared values. It is not only about bringing technology to our institutions, but also about increasing the way communities serve through education and healthcare.
“We believe that this partnership will strengthen the role of Muhammadia in supporting the people of East Java, relevant to the needs of today and tomorrow,” he said.
PWM Jawa Timur currently manages more than 3,000 institutions across the province.
This includes more than 1,000 schools, about 100 healthcare facilities, 16 higher education institutes and more than 2,600 religious and social service facilities.
The scale and variety of this network provides a strong platform for the deployment of integrated infrastructure that directly benefits the underscribed communities.
The agreement is valid for one year and can be extended by mutual consent.
PT Citaglobal internasional and PWM Jawa Timur will continue to work together to shape an implementation model that is locally responsible, financially aligned with sound and long -term development goals.
