Ahead of ISPOR 2026 (May 17-20, 2026, Philadelphia) While AI and evidence generation are expected to feature prominently in discussions in the HEOR community, Shafrin explores whether AI is a threat to the profession or a catalyst for its growth. They argue that while AI will transform the way evidence is generated, accessed and interpreted, the need for strong HEOR expertise and high-quality evidence will remain central to health care decision making.
