An illegal alien accused of burning a woman alive in a New York City subway says he “doesn’t know what happened” while suggesting he was drunk at the time of the fatal attack, according to prosecutors.
Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, a 33-year-old illegal alien from Guatemala, was arrested last week and charged with first- and second-degree murder after he was captured on subway surveillance footage allegedly setting fire to a woman on Stillwell Avenue on the F train.
