Charlotte Murder’s brother, Jeremia Brown, has convicted suspected Declos Brown Junior for freeing his brother -in -law despite the history of violence.
The Ukrainian refugee Irina Zarutska was stabbed brutally and randomly while riding a light rail train in Charlotte, Northern Carolina last August. The suspected, 34 -year -old Decarlos Brown Junior was a history of violent crime and a repeated criminal. Talking with New York PostJeremia Brown, the age of 19, said that his brother should be fined law and blame the justice system to allow him to be free.
“I think they could stop it a lot then,” Jeremia said, referring to the release from jail last January.
“I didn’t even know that he had mental problems … You could not only let him be free, especially due to mental issues,” Jerimia said. “He could do it again. He should still treat him for his mental issues, but the results of his actions. I think he should bear the consequences.”
Jeremiah said that he met only his brother, with whom he shares a father, “once or twice.”
“He was towards my father. He has a record of being in jail and luggage,” he said.
Jeremiah expressed sympathy to Zarutska’s family and hopes he would get the support he needs.
