After the social media giant joined the army with defense contractor Enduril to develop devices, Artificial Intelligence-Purd Virtual (VR) and a promotional reality (AR) gear made by Meta made by Meta can be obtained soon.
Endset will use Enduril’s AI-Interested Command and Control System, Latis platform to integrate data from thousands of sources of Enduril and provide real-time battle intelligence, Enduril said on 29 May.
It states that the headset will give soldiers a “increased perception” and “spontaneous control of autonomous platforms” while on the mission.
“How this integration looks at the knowledge of the battlefield, understands and integrates, which provides solutions to the battlefields, which enhances strategic decision making in the battle scenarios,” said Enduril.
Funding for the project came from private capital, and hopes to take advantage of the components and technology for commercial use and to re -introduce them for military applications.
Meta, earlier called Facebook after its major social media platform, went to the headfresp to launch a metavors in October 2021 and has since spent $ 40 billion to develop VR and AR technology.
