Breetbart Editor Alex Marlo said on the broadcast of FNC’s “Sunday Morning Futures” this week that it was a “national insult” that Democratic-Bandhe is trying to block the agenda of President Donald Trump.
Discussing Federal Judge James Boseberg, host Maria Bartiromo said, “So this judge has received four cases against the White House. Coincidence?”
Marlo said, “Of course not. It is not a coincidence, Maria, who is running, is a judge shopping. It is a practice that has been in the game since 1988 when the Congress has changed the laws, so that you have no relation with jurisdiction, where you are fileing cases. Efforts of their laws, which are very well funded, are justified.
He said, “This is now the point where Donald Trump, if he wants an executive action, essentially requires unanimous consent from 700 odd judges. It is torture, but unfortunately there is no quick way to stop it. We need to change these rules immediately.
