A New Jersey County County Blockchain-Samicked Land Records Management Firm is ready to tokens property deeds worth $ 240 billion after signing a deal with the balcony.
The balcony said on May 28 that it signed a five-year agreement with the office of Bergon County Clerk, which was to tokens 370,000 deeds on avalanche blockchain, saying that it was “the largest blockchain-based deed token project in American history.”
Bergon County is the most populous county in New Jersey and is located in the northwest of Manhattan in the city of New York across the Hudson River. There are about 1 million residents in Bargon County, producing about 500 million dollars in annual property tax revenue.

The deal was supported by the icy storm, an avalanche-centered venture capital fund.
The balcony said that the project will allow Bargon County to get a tamper-proof, searchable series in all its 70 municipalities.
The balcony hopes that integration will cut more than 90% in deed processing time, reducing the risk of fraud, title disputes and administrative errors.
Balcon’s CEO Dan Silverman said the project was a “twist” for government record systems and real estate.
“We are displaying how safe, distributed systems can replace the old infrastructure and provide real world value to both governments and public.”
The balcony has planned to expand in New Jersey and beyond
The balcony stated that it is working with several other counties in New Jersey – including Camden, Orange and Cliffuside Parks – to modernize its real estate management records.

The balcony said that it intends to expand beyond New Jersey in future.
