Openai also wants to cooperate with the governments of various countries so that they come towards the future of their AI models and technologies.
OpenaiI’s five-step plan to help countries make AI Infrastructure
In a blog post, the San Francisco -based AI firm stated that representatives of several countries arrived at OpenIA to seek assistance in the construction of AI Infrastructure. Calling this infrastructure “the backbone of future economic development and national development”, the company said it is ready to help these countries spread “Democratic AI”.
Explaining his democratic theory, Openai said that it wants people to choose how they work and direct with AI. It also wants to control the use of AI of governments for control and a free market that promotes competition. The company said, “All these things contribute to the widespread distribution of AI benefits, discourage the concentration of power, and help to advance our mission,” the company said.
With Openai for countries, the AI firm has prepared a five-step plan to cooperate with the governments of other countries to develop AI infrastructure. The first step involves partnership with countries interested to help create data center capacity in the country. They will be protected to protect the sovereignty of the country. The AI firm said that the data centers would create new local industries and make AI easy to adapt to private and obedient manner.
The AI firm will also provide customized chat to citizens. This chatbot will focus on the needs of a particular country and will basically localize in their language and culture. The third phase includes the company’s AI model cooperating with governments towards the future.
“As our models become more powerful, we will continue to invest in processes and controls, including the data centers and the physical security required for deploying, operating and their safety,” Openai said.
Additionally, Openai will also increase and deploy a national start-up fund in collaboration with governments. Funds will be used to seed a healthy AI ecosystem within the country. The company claims that this will create new jobs, new enterprises and revenue, supporting the needs of public and private sector.
Finally, Openai said that partner countries would also invest in the expansion of the Global Stargate project to continue the development of Democratic AI. In particular, the company will take 10 projects in the first phase of the initiative.
