Kuala Lumpur: Reginaltech Bhad -owned subsidiary, Regentch Plastic (M) SDN BHD has received a contract from Nom Penh Water Supplies Authority (PPWSA), which is valued at $ 3.92 million, which is equal to RM16.50 million.
The five -month contract starting on September 15, 2025 covers the supply and distribution of HDPE pipes and fittings (batch 1) to support the expansion of the ongoing water infrastructure of PPWSA in Cambodia, PPWSA.
The contract represents the first phase of the entry of the resinTech in the water infrastructure market of Cambodia, with more steps with more steps in the near future.
Collectively, the group estimates that the potential value of this enterprise can reach RM40 million.
Registentech Managing Director Datuk Dr. Teh Kim Poo said that this contract is an important milestone in the company’s regional expansion strategy.
“Cambodia presents a strong long -term demand for the infrastructure of water, and proud to play a role in giving a high quality solution to Ragintch.
“With safe orders so far, we are convinced to achieve a strong double-digit growth in both revenue and profit for FY 26, with a very good chance to give record-high topline and bottom line,” he said in a statement, “we are both revenue and profit.
The contract is part of a comprehensive initiative funded by France’s Official Development Bank, Egnes Frances Day Development (AFD), which has been a major financer of the water infrastructure of Cambodia for almost two decades.
The AFD has funded major treatment plants and water network expansion, including projects in nome penhin and secondary cities, which contributes to better access to clean water and climate flexibility.
