WWE legend Hulk Hogan made a special appearance at the Intuit Dome with Jimmy Hart during the debut of “Monday Night Raw” on Netflix.
Hogan came out with his “Real American” theme song, with Hart waving the American flag in the background. As Hogan tried to cut a promo for his Real American beer brand, which had signed a deal with WWE before the show, he received applause from the Los Angeles crowd.

The 71-year-old WWE Hall of Famer was seen for a few minutes before heading to the back.
While the Los Angeles crowd immediately made their displeasure known, not everyone watching “Raw” on Netflix was happy with the treatment Hogan received. “The Hulkster” found defenders on social media.
One Hogan fan wrote on X, “Hulk Hogan is probably being teased because the state of California is the most leftist state in the country. F— your political views and watch wrestling.”
Another Hogan defender said, “I like Hulk Hogan. Guy lived a whole life and made some mistakes, okay so what. F—–G people act holier than thou. P— Off.”

Another fan wrote, “Hooting for Hulk Hogan is fine, by the way, he’s a legend, respect him.”
Another said, “Hulk Hogan is being teased on RAW because he’s MAGA. F—-n’ hypocrite. You wouldn’t be able to watch WWE without Hogan. Grow up, Trump is your president.”
This was Hogan’s first appearance since coming out in full support of President-elect Donald Trump during the election season. Hogan was seen in Trump’s corner at a rally at Madison Square Garden in October and during the Republican National Convention in July.
He also appeared on the “PBD Podcast” and revealed why he decided to speak out, alluding to the assassination attempt against Trump over the summer.
“When they tried to kill Trump, who I knew personally, it had a bad effect on me,” he said. “I sat up off the couch and I said, ‘That’s it, it’s got to stop.’ I don’t want to divide my audience as a businessman but I don’t care about that anymore. It’s more important than business.
“This guy is trying to help people. He wants to help millions of people. He wants to help America. We have God in our country, in our homes, in our schools, and I said, ‘I Can’t handle it.
Hogan’s appearance in Los Angeles came nearly two months after Trump defeated Vice President Kamala Harris in the election.

Hogan, along with Hart, appeared on the “Raw” anniversary show in January 2023. He excited the crowd in Philadelphia at that time and got the exact opposite reception.
