
A federal judge ruled on Thursday that by obtaining records on millions of Americans, the government’s skills could proceed to stop the department.
The Electronic Frontier Foundation and two labor unions, over 100 current and former federal employees in combination with Dogi, US Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and Elon Musk with privacy watchdogs with privacy in February.
The government filed a resolution to dismiss, but on Thursday the judge denied the proposal.
The suit wants to block OPM by telling OPM to records as well as Dogi’s agents. It also wants any information to be shared in advance. This decision does not mean that the lawsuit will win for the plaintiff, but it allows them to pursue them.
