neem: One of the most notorious sexual criminals of France, Dominic Pelicot on Tuesday testified against the only person who appealed for conviction in the case of raping his ex -wife by giving drugs.
Pelicott claimed that Hussamatin Dogan had complete information about his actions during the attack on his then wife Gissle Pelicot.
For more than a decade, Pelicott recruited several strangers to misbehave with his wife when she was unconscious.
Last year, Giselle Pelicott waived her anonymity during the trial of her ex -husband and fifty other accused men, and became an international symbol against sexual violence.
Dogan is now demanding to reverse his nine -year prison sentence in that trial.
Dominic Pelicot told the court that Dogan voluntarily participated in his plan.
On the second day of the appeal hearing, 72 -year -old Pelicott said, “I never pressurized anyone, they never needed me.”
He testified that Dogan knew from the beginning that Pelicott wanted someone to misbehave while sleeping with his wife.
Dogan retained his innocence, claiming that he believed that he was participating in a sexual game on June 28, 2019 with an independent couple.
The 44 -year -old defendant says he is not a rapist.
Pelicot, wearing gray jackets with white and blue polo shirts, used to look at his ex-wife sometimes during his testimony.
When her ex -husband spoke, Gissle Pelicott showed no clear response, while Dogan sat with bent shoulders and hands.
Dominic Pelicott recruited men through adult website coco.fr, which has been closed by officials.
He said that Dogan presented himself as “Karim BM” and later met the couple at his Mazan home.
Pelicot gave special instructions to Dogan to take off clothes, stay away from smoking and wash hands with warm water.
Pelicott told the court, “He saw a camera on a tripod and had no doubt that it was being shot.”
Pelicot said that Dogan did many sexual acts with his unconscious wife.
He further testified that Dogan asked him to raise his passive wife’s leg to facilitate the admission from adjacent.
Investigator Jeremy Bose-Platier also challenged Dogan’s rescue on Tuesday.
The investigator cited the video evidence recorded by Dominic Pelicott during the misconduct.
Bose-Platiere said, “I have no doubt that he was fully aware of the victim’s condition.”
He emphasized that any person watching the video would immediately understand the situation.
Dominic Pelicott carefully recorded the attacks on his unconscious wife.
Investigators found 107 photos and 14 videos from Dogan’s couple’s visit to the couple’s house.
Some videos show Dogan entering the unconscious gissed pelicott and forcibly attempting to face oral sex.
The Police Commissioner described a video in which the Gissle Pelicot was a bit shaken and Dogan immediately retreated.
“We understand that he is worried that his prey may wake up and freeze in waiting,” Bose-Platiere explained.
He noted that after thirty seconds, Dogan resumed his attack when he realized that it was just a reversal movement.
The investigator said that both persons worked with caution and caution to avoid making noise.
He said, “They whisper to shocked the victim and clearly do not intend to wake her up.”
Dogan claims that he stayed at the couple’s house for only thirty minutes.
The investigator defeated this, saying that the video evidence suggests that Dogan stayed for at least three hours and twenty four minutes.
Accepting that Pelicot could be somewhat domineering, the investigator found no evidence of physical force or threat in the video.
Dominic Pelicott has not appealed against his twenty -year prison sentence.
