AI mode gets an expansion, new features in Google Search
The company says that all users in the US will get immediate access to AI mode after choosing the option of experimental feature for experimental facilities. This means that users in the country will not have to sign up and then wait for it to be approved. However, this feature is still not available outside the US, and there is no word on when the company will start expanding the AI-managed search mode globally.
Google also announced two new features in AI mode. The first feature is the growth of the existing shopping graph that shows users a broad breakdown of information in search of a product or local business.
From next week, people with access to AI mode will start watching visual places and product cards while searching for the same. Google says that when users search for restaurants, stores and salons, they will see a list of options after information such as ratings, reviews and opening hours.
