On Tuesday, on the broadcast of “Newsnection Now”, John Sandweg, who served as acting ICE Director under President Obama, said that Seema Caesar Tom Homan is correct that when the sanctuary does not get snow to the jails, it forces them to take them to the road and it leads to more conscience arrests.
