“Cutting girls from sports teams to make way for biological males takes away opportunities from these girls,” Walberg said. “This means fewer college scholarships and fewer opportunities for girls. Many surveys have shown that Americans are not in favor of pursuing transgender ideology. As Breitbart News previously reported, a survey by Parents Defending Education (PDE) found that 75 percent of parents reported being told about child’s gender by “teachers, counselors, school nurses” and other school administration officials. An Economist/YouGov poll found that 51 percent of 1,593 adult respondents surveyed supported restricting minors from access to things like hormone therapy, puberty blockers or surgery.
