
Meta has announced its new pair of smart glasses in collaboration with sports performance tool manufacturer Okle. The first product of this partnership is dubbed by Okle Meta HSTN, which combines Meta’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) -Backed Technology with the HSTN style of Okla Glass. Smart Glass Meta provides support for AI, the company’s AI assistants who can respond to voice command and complete questions. Similar to Ray-Ban Meta Glass, Okle Meta HSTN can also shoot short video clips, but can act longer in an upgraded 3K resolution and on the same charge.
The Okle Meta Glass Debut Model – Okle Meta HSTN – is priced at $ 499 (about Rs 43,200). It is available as a limited version model, which will be able to pre-order buyers starting from July 11. Meanwhile, the remaining collection starts at $ 399 (about Rs 34,500) and can be purchased later this year.
The Okle Meta Smart Glass has been launched in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Australia, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. At the end of this year, their availability will be expanded to include recent markets such as India, Mexico and UAE.

Meta claims that Okle Meta is a new brand of AI glasses for the purpose of meta athletes. As part of this collaboration, the company has introduced Okle Meta HSTN, which is inspired by the Sign HSTN style of Okle Glass. The limited version models have gold accents and gold 24k prizm polar lenses.

Similar to Ray-Ban Meta Glass, Okle Meta Glass AA is equipped with a 12-megapixel camera, which is upgraded to support video recording up to 3K resolution. It is said that the 1080p support introduced by the model developed in partnership with Ray-Bain is considered to be improved. The camera and an LED light, also expected to be doubled as a recording indicator, is placed on either side of the frame.
It enables users to capture the point-off-view (pov) footage through a dedicated capture button and makes the first-person livestreaming on apps such as Instagram. Meanwhile, the audio is recorded with five microphone arrays. The glasses have an IPX4 rating for protection against dust and water entry.
With Okle Meta Glasses, users can take calls, send messages to WhatsApp, Messenger and other social media apps. They can also use the ‘Hey Meta’ prompt to enable hands -free tasks. Glasses allow them to ask for real -time information about music playback through integration with weather, holiday activity scheme, Pak advice, and Apple Music, Spotify and other apps.
Meta claims that its new Okle Meta provides more battery life than HSTN Ray-Ban Meta model. Glasses are claimed by specific use of eight hours on the same charge and up to 19 hours on standby. The company claimed that they could be charged up to 50 percent in just 20 minutes. Okle Meta Glasses comes with a charging case that is said to provide charging up to 48 hours.
