The pre-trial preliminary hearing for Tyler Robinson, accused of murdering Charlie Kirk, will continue on Wednesday, July 8.
Robinson is accused of murdering Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder Charlie Kirk on the Utah Valley University campus on September 10, 2025.
The hearing is expected to continue throughout the week. If tried and convicted, prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for Robinson.
