PKR vice president Ramanan and DAP’s Steven Sim joined PH leaders to support six candidates in the Negeri Sembilan state election.

Ramanan was at the nomination center at the Seremban City Council Building (Wisma MBS) today to show support for the six Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidates contesting in the 16th Negeri Sembilan state election.
PH candidates Nor Azman Mohd (Sikamat), Datuk Muhammad Nazri Kasim (Ampangan), Zarina Abu Zarin (Lenggeng), Chew Seah Yong (Lobak), J. He was accompanied by PH leaders including DAP deputy secretary-general Steven Sim in support of Arul Kumar (Nilai) and Ho Weng Wah (Temiang).
Ramanan said the presence of supporters and party machinery at the nomination center reflected the strong spirit and commitment ahead of the state elections.
“We will continue to engage with the people and work tirelessly throughout the campaign period. The strength of the machinery in each constituency will drive efforts to ensure sustainability and continuity of development in Negeri Sembilan,” he said in a statement here.
The campaign period for the Negeri Sembilan state election began today following the completion of the nomination process and will continue until July 31.
The 36-seat Negeri Sembilan State Legislative Assembly was dissolved on 5 June. The Election Commission (EC) has set July 28 for early voting and August 1 as the polling day.
