State Secretary Macro Rubio cast a pessimistic vocal in front of Turkish talks, which Russian President Vladimir Putin and President Donald Trump said they would not be in appearance.
The peace talks, which was scheduled to be held on Thursday, after both Russian and Ukrainian delegations, were thrown into chaos after both of them, including Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelanski, landed in various cities of Turkey, as it was confirmed that not only would Putin be engaged in discussions, but neither would be senior members from Kremlin.
According to reports, frustration increased as the delegation and mediators questioned most of the day, and even, they would meet on Thursday, which was pushed on Friday before the meeting.

Rubio told reporters, “Apparently, at this point, I think it is clearly clear that the way we are going to achieve a success here, it is between President Trump and President Putin.” “In this case a success requires that level of engagement.
“I don’t think anything productive is actually going to be ahead of this point … until they are engaged in a very clear and direct conversation, which I know that President is ready to trump,” he said.
Last week, after Putin’s suggestion, peace talks came for the first time that Ukraine and Russia should engage in direct talks. Zelancesi agreed and said that those dialogues should be organized by leaders of warning nations.
Trump surprised earlier this week, when he suggested that he was progressed in the talks on Thursday, he could travel from UAE to Turkey, but it was never suggested that the US President, who was ready to wrap the Middle East tour, would be present for talks.

Putin proposed direct peace talks with Ukraine to end the war
Kremlin confirmed on Thursday that Putin was not going to participate in peace talks.
On Thursday, the Air Force, Trump, suggested that Putin did not appear due to wrong communication and told reporters that until he and Putin speak, there was no hope in any real progress in the conversation.
“Look, Putin and I am not going to happen together. Ok?” Trump said. “He was about to leave, but he thought I was going to go. If I was not there, he was not going.
He said, “I don’t believe that anything is going to happen, whether you like it or not, until he and I meet together,” he said.
Any future plan to talk for Trump and Putin remains unknown.
“What can I say with certainty that the President is ready to be with … [this] As long as it takes to achieve peace, “Rubio said.” What we cannot do, however, continue to fly throughout the world and engage in meetings that are not going to be productive.

He said, “The way we are going here for a success, it is face to face with President Putin with President Trump and once and for all to determine what is the way of peace.”
Zelansky did not take back to express his frustration that what he has said is Putin’s “attitude unmatched”.
“No time, no agenda, no high-level delegation-It’s a personal insult to Trump for Erdoan,” Zelancesi said at a Thursday’s news conference after a meeting with Turkish President Recep Taip Erdoan on Thursday.
