Two truck drivers were reportedly involved in a deadly collision, killing two people in Thomasville, Alabama, allegedly on a work visa in the United States.
The FBI has allegedly involved in the accident in the accident due to two drivers not being from the United States. According to WKRG, a Russian translator was to be called to the spot because one of the drivers, Andryi Demeterco did not speak skilled English. Thirty -one -year -old Dennis Kuthar was a passenger from Demeterco and obviously on a work visa in the US.
“They are going to pay,” said Thomasville Police Chief Michelle Stekey. “We cannot return to the lost loved ones tomorrow, but we definitely make a responsible salary.”
Two, 37 -year -old Ashley Mary Springer McDonald and a local football coach, Woody Beck died in an accident. Both were stopped on a red light when the truck fell into vehicles from behind. Per wkrg:
A news release by the Thomasville Police Department said that on May 6 at around 11:51 pm, a stuffed semi truck and trailer stopped four vehicles for a red light at the intersection of the South Industrial Park drive of Highway 43.
The video shows no indication of Demeterco using its break as they “hit four vehicles from behind, which was stopped for a red light in the south -lane of Highway 43 at the intersection of the South Industrial Park Drive in Thomasville.”
Thomasville’s Mayor Sheldon Day had initially suggested that something had happened medically for the driver involved in the accident, but WKRG said that the police said otherwise, “After the accident, the Dimeter was wandering well and was taken to the hospital for a checkup, in which nothing was found wrong.”
“Everyone had stopped a red light … it could have happened to anyone,” Steky said.
The officials will investigate how DMYTERKO earned its CDL certification.
“Knowing that two people lost their lives and others were injured, the devastation in this area … We need to reach its bottom, and our investigative team is going to leave no stone unturned,” Dey said.
As Breitbart News reported, American truck drivers have welcomed the reforms made by the Trump administration, “To restore the enforcement of a rule that excludes foreign truck drivers out of the roads if they cannot read the English-language signs and instructions.”
“The change has been determined by the executive order signed by Trump,” the report said. “The order tells the transport secretary Scene Dafi that the drivers who violate the English proficiency rules are directed to ensure that the roadway is to increase security, and to recreate other aspects of the trucking industry.”
