In Bryansk, one person was killed in a Ukrainian attack in the settlement of Belaya Beryozka, acting regional governor Yegor Kovalchuk wrote on Telegram.
Ukraine regularly targets Russia in retaliation for daily bombings since the beginning of a large-scale Russian invasion in February 2022.
