The US once again targeted Iran and targeted its axis of resistance by nominating four Iraq-based militia as foreign terrorist organizations.

According to the Foundation for the Defense of Democracy (FDD), the four groups are all supported by Iran and forming the core of an umbrella organization, known as Islamic resistance in Iraq, which gained prominence under Hums on October 7, 2023, Hamas -led Hamas on Israel.
