A school district in a state with the Democratic Governor has voted for the girls to keep organic boys out of the game.
The Quilken School district in Washington voted 3–2 to hold a sports competition based on the gender of the birth of athletes.
A policy was implemented in 2007 by the ruling Washington International Interclastic Activities Association (WIAA), which allows transgender students to participate on their gender identity.

According to Fox 13, the board member Ron Frontz stated that “the title is IX law,” and the game should be placed on the basis of the gender of birth.
But another member, Vivian Kuhal, said that according to Seattle Times, transgender is “immoral” to keep women out of girls and women’s game.
The vote was taken on 7 May. State Governor Bob Ferguson defeated Republican Nominee Dave Rechrt in November. There was no Republican Governor in the state since John Spelman from 1981 to 1985.
President Donald Trump signed an executive order in February to keep the girls and women out of the game of women and women, but the Washington State’s public instructions of the state of Washington, Chris Raikadal, said that the order defines the state law.
“The state law prevents discrimination on the basis of gender identity, and we will not back down,” Rekdal said at that time.
Later that month, Rekdal said that it would be “wrong” to say that there are only two sexes.
Bills preventing transgender athletes from participating in girls and women’s sports have been introduced in the state, but have not passed.

However, the issue became so related to the inhabitants that Wiaa announced a resolution in December that to compete to create a separate open division for transgender athletes.
In May, a trans athlete competed and won the Girls Cross-Cantori Championship.
The athlete won the 400 meter heat race in the Girls Division with a time of 55.59 seconds. The second place ended in 58.83 seconds. In the final, the Trans athlete won with a time of 55.75 seconds, a full second ahead of the second -place runner which ended in 56.75.
In February, a civil right Complaint was filed On behalf of a teenage girl in the state of Washington, with the office of civil rights of the US Education Department on behalf of a teenage girl, which was allegedly punished for refusing to play a basketball game against a trans athlete.
The complaint stated that the Tumwatter School in Washington is investigating the 15 -year -old Frances Stout, which is “wrongly” to “wrongly” and violating the policies of the district against bullying and harassment.

Many other states have defined Trump’s executive order on the issue, resulting in the mainly losing federal funds.
