North Korean dictator Kim Jung The United Nations was abandoned this week when he participated in a new 5,000 -tonne naval destroyer’s booted launch.

The total limit of damage was not clear and it is not known whether any injuries have occurred or not.
North Korea did not release photographs from the scene, although the satellite imagery released by South Korea on Thursday indicated that the ship was on its side after the failed launch.
According to KCNA, Kim, who was present at the ceremony on Wednesday, convicted military officials, scientists and shipyard operators for “serious accidents and criminal acts for criminal acts, for conviction, irresponsible and unscientific empiricism”.
Kim warned that the errors caused by the “irresponsibility of the officials concerned” would need to be investigated at the Sled Workers’ party meeting in late June.
He said that restoring the destroyer before the meeting was directly related to the reputation of the state and the restoration should be fulfilled unconditionally.

Navy expert Moon Cane-Sick, who taught at Hanyang University in Seoul, said Kim still wanted to report on the accident in public.
“It’s a shameful thing, but the reason for revealing the incident by North Korea is that it wants to show that it is accelerating the modernization of its naval forces and expresses confidence that it can eventually build,” he told the Associated Press.
Moon suspected that the incident was likely as the North Korean activists are not yet familiar with such a large warship and were quick to pour it into the water.
This was the second naval destroyer, which was launched by Kim in a month, when Kim participated in a successful launch of a destroyer of one and 5,000 tonnes from a port Nampo on the west coast of North Korea. Kim later looked at the missiles fired from the ship, said that it was built with Russian technology.
Experts stated that both ships are designed to carry arms systems, including nuclear-capable ballistic and cruise missiles.

Meanwhile, North Korea has sent between 11,000 and 15,000 military personnel to fight with Russia in the war against Ukraine in its first participation in a large-scale struggle since the 1950–53 Korean War.
The South Korean army evaluated that about 4,700 of them were killed or injured.
