The Space Industry of Europe gathered at the European Space Agency (ESA) in the Netherlands on 3-4 April to achieve insights into the future of space in Europe.
ESA Director General Joseph welcomes the Ashbaiker industry
The agency is ready for its council meeting at the end of this year at the ministerial level (CM25) in Germany. This is when major decisions will be taken that will shape the future of Europe’s space ambitions in the next decade and outline the goals described in the ESA’s long -term strategy.
ESA Director General Joseph Ashbaikar welcomed 530 participants, including startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, midcap and large systems of integrators industry representatives as well as representatives of ESA member states, associate states and colleagues.
“Space is fundamental to economic development, scientific advancement, national security, and social flexibility. Not coincidentally, we are currently seeing the increasing recognition of the importance of space in Europe. ESA, European Industries, ESA member states, and European Commission collectively solidarily, global competition, and a significant development for continuous development. A significant development in the coming decades.
During this two -day program, ESA directors submitted proposals for the program which are now being prepared for CM25 in the entire range of activities of the agency. The objective of the incident was for ESA directors to communicate their current plans and ideas, highlight opportunities, answer questions, and get feedback from industry. This will help consolidate proposals, support the decisions to be made on CM25 and improve implementation after CM25.
The first day ended with a networking session.

The Graldine Dance, director of commercialization, industry and competitiveness, who opened the program with the director of the establishment of Dietamar Pilz, Technology, Engineering and Quality / Estec, said: “ESA works with European institutions of all sizes of all sizes in all stages of its development, which has become a crocodile to enhance its competition in space.
“We aim of open dialogue with our industrial community and this incident gave us a platform to provide a complete and deep understanding of our plans for the future and fulfilled the upcoming opportunities from the highest level of ESA in all directies.”
ESA will host human and robot exploration and CM25 preparation and hosting opportunities for the industry on 28–29 April and LISA opportunities on 7-8 May, listed on the ESA website of ESA.
