Senator Kennedy declares victory in Iran, says regime has ‘no troops left’
Senator John Kennedy, R-La., joins ‘Hannity’ to discuss the war in Iran, declaring that the US has already achieved victory in Iran by ‘eliminating’ the regime’s military and nuclear infrastructure. He argues that the US blockade of Iranian ports is crippling the country by delivering a final blow to the economy.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz warned on Thursday that Israel could soon resume military action against Iran, signaling that in what he described as a devastating blow to Tehran, Israel views the broader campaign as potentially incomplete.
Speaking at a ceremony promoting the incoming Israeli Air Force commander, Katz said Iran had been pushed “back years” last year, but suggested Israel may soon need to act again to secure long-term strategic goals.
“Iran has been dealt very serious blows in the past year, blows that have set it back years in every area,” Katz said.
Still, Katz’s sharpest warning suggested that despite the existing ceasefire, Israeli leaders do not see a solution to the confrontation with Iran.

Instead, his comments reflect President Donald Trump’s insistence that pressure on Iran will continue until its ability to rebuild is diminished.
“The blockade will continue until a real deal is reached,” Trump said Thursday, according to Axios. He indicated that Washington intends to keep up the pressure until Iran addresses US demands over its nuclear program and broader security concerns.
Katz said, “We support this effort and provide the necessary support, but it is possible that we will soon need to act again to ensure the achievement of those goals.”
The warning came as Israel’s Defense Ministry announced a dramatic military supply surge, with two cargo ships docking in Ashdod and Haifa and several transport planes arriving within 24 hours, carrying approximately 6,500 tons of military equipment, including thousands of air and ground munitions, military trucks and combat vehicles.
Since the start of the Operation Roaring Lion military campaign against Iran, Israel says more than 115,600 tons of military equipment has arrived via 403 flights and 10 sea shipments, underscoring what Israeli officials describe as preparations for a continued or extended conflict.

Israel’s former national security adviser, Major General (ret.) Yaakov Amidror, told Fox News Digital that Washington and Jerusalem are now seriously preparing for two possible paths: a prolonged blockade designed to weaken Iran economically, or renewed military action.
“Israel and the United States are seriously preparing for two real options, and the decision, when it comes, can be made very quickly,” Amidorer said. “One is to continue the siege, a blockade that could gradually destroy Iran. The other is war.”
Amidror, who is currently a distinguished fellow at the US Jewish National Security Institute, said the extensive US logistics buildup shows Washington is preparing for any eventuality.
“The Americans are building up logistics, moving forces forward and taking preparations very seriously,” he said. “At some point, they may feel that they are ready enough that leadership says, ‘We’re ready, let’s go.'”

But he stressed that it would probably be easier and faster for Israel to resume military operations.
“For Israel, it is easy,” Amidror said. “We need less logistics. We are already rebuilding strength in the region, improving intelligence and accumulating power while weakening Iran’s capabilities.”
Iran’s UN mission declined to comment.
